Property was great for our vacation. Location couldn’t be better. Walking distance to downtown/historic district and very short drive to everything else. Would definitely stay again.
Great location, short walk to historical district. The apartment is perfect for a couple—comfortable bed, fully functional kitchen, and couch for relax on after walking all over town.
Perfect location for our trip to St Augustine! We were able to walk everywhere(restaurants, historical sites, shopping). The owner, Tim, was so easy to communicate with and had great restaurant suggestions. Comfy bed and wonderful linens. Loved sitting on the balcony and relaxing. So nice to have parking too! We would happily rebook.
A perfect location to enjoy St Augustine, this adorable loft-style apartment for two was walking distance to all the Christmas festivities we wanted to see in the “city of lights.” The courtyard and small balcony off the bedroom added an upscale touch to the overall cozy feel of the property. We also loved that it’s pet-friendly and that our host responded quickly whenever we reached out with questions or concerns.
Perfect place to stay. Walking distance to all the main attractions, Plus bikes to use for covering more of the area. Has everything needed, would definitely stay here again.
My wife and I had a great time here. It is walking distance from St. George street which is a huge perk since we saw many signs advertising $20 parking near there. It also had laundry with laundry detergent available. Host was great and very communicative. The place is small but perfect for couples, the area is amazing and you can’t beat it for the price and location of this property.
We had a great stay. The guesthouse is small but cute, and certainly big enough for my wife and I and our small dog. The bathroom and kitchen were very clean. The location is in a very nice, quiet and safe older neighborhood with old Florida charm, and it was enjoyable walking around looking at all the older houses in the area. It's a short ten minute or so walk to the historic area, and we didn't need to use our car except to go over to the beach. The balcony is nice and one of the reasons we picked this place over others, but unfortunately the weather turned very cold the day we arrived, so we didn't get to use it. We didn't use the bicycles either because of the weather.Overall we were very happy. The pictures accurately reflect the property, which isn't always the case. We would definitely stay there again if it's available the next time we visit St. Augustine.
The whole process was easy and straightforward. I had some questions for the host and he was very responsive and helpful. The neighborhood was great and it’s a quick walk to downtown. The place was represented accurately in the listing.
I had originally booked this one, but the owner actually offered a different rental due to the cold temperatures at no extra cost to us so that we would have a place with central AC/Heat. I was super pleased with the communication from the host. All questions were quickly answered and concerns addressed! The location was amazing. I will say, it does look like it could be sketchy; however, we quickly realized it was not. There are LOTS of people walking around with their dogs, tons of college kids walking, and a ton of other vacation rentals in the area as well. Parking was conveniently located right at the place we stayed (63 Lemon if you wanna look up that location). I was pleased with the cleanliness, non-stick pan (if you know, you know), charm of the cottage/unit, and the location. We walked everywhere! The only time we didn't walk was to go to the grocery store. Everything was approx. half a mile away. We are big walkers, so this was perfect. Also, I was so happy the owner offered pet friendly rentals. We love travelling with our 2 dogs and were so glad they could accompany us. A fantastic experience overall. I will certainly stay here again if we revisit the area in the future.
The place is in the back of the house and you have to go up stairs, and a dark hallway aftrer parking on the grass. very inconvenient. The hidden fees are so high that I thought I was getting two days when I was reserving one! Be careful!!!!

Not what It Seems
The listing looked cozy & inviting but the actual property was not up to par. I stayed at this property for an hour and a half and decided to leave. This listing needs maintenance work done. The front door was warped and extremely hard to close. The shower had mold & tiles were not grouted where the wall and shower floor meet. The floor in the living area was dirty and the corners of the living area has some weird bug like dirt I can’t describe. It was dusty and when my Chihuahua walked behind the sofa she came out with dog hair & dust bunnies attached to her feet. So I paid 322.00 for an hour & 1/2 stay.
Cute garage apartment less than a 15 minute walk to historic area down pretty residential streets. Small efficiency kitchen with full size microwave, fridge and stove. No dishwasher but, we didn’t really use kitchen so, it was fine. This apartment is above a dettached garage to the left of house. You enter thru a gate between garage and house a the stairs are right there. Someone mentioned a dark hallway in a review but, everything was easy access and well lit so I’m not sure what they were referring to. The main house was rented by several college age kids celebrating a birthday but we never heard or saw them. It’s a very quiet property. We appreciated we could bring our dog. The back is fenced but, there isn’t really any grass areas for them to potty on the property. There is a poop station right at the corner of the street with a trash can and bags so we just walked him over there. Lots of dog friendly places in St. Augustine. Check bring Fido for a list but be aware the historic area is not shaded and has no grass. The streets are VERY hot for pup feet. We only took him out with us early morning and evening. The beaches are about a 20 minute drive and all dog friendly as well. Best dinner we’ve had in a long time was St. Augustine Fish Camp. Make a reservation! It’s pretty vibe on the water with fresh fish prepared a variety of ways. May be walking distance but they also have a parking lot with valet if you prefer to drive.
