Within a 15-mile radius, you will find the Mall of America, Saint Croix River Valley, Minnesota Twins baseball, Minnesota Vikings football, Minnesota Wild hockey, ten golf courses, three regional parks, Afton State Park, Afton Downhill Ski Park, 15 lakes, Ordway Theater, and countless shops and restaurants.

The following Minnesota cities are within 10 miles: Minneapolis, Stillwater, Oakdale, Maplewood, North Saint Paul, Eden Prairie, South Saint Paul, Eagan, Burnsville, Hastings, Cottage Grove, Burnsville, Woodbury, Roseville, and White Bear Lake. Hudson, Wisconsin, is only ten miles east.

Locked two-bedroom Guest Suite and one-car garage: The two-bedroom Guest Suite is in a separate area on the lower level of the Property, and the attached garage – has a separate main entrance – with no cross traffic. These areas are NOT included in the Agreement. The owner retains the right to access and use the Guest (two-bedroom) Suite and attached garage area during this Rental Period. Do not block garage door access to the 3rd – single garage door – as the owners may access these areas of the home 24/7/365. Owner Suite Guests have exclusive use of the four-bedroom upper-level floor of the Property.
Garage: The use of the attached garage is NOT included in the rental agreement without written permission from the Rental Agent.

Great views

We really enjoyed our stay at the lake. The house was clean and the location was great. Walks around the lake we’re a daily adventure. We will book this house again.

Convenient location

Convenient location for us, but we were surprised that the lower level of the house was also rented out. Despite the cleaning fee, we were asked to vacuum and wipe down all counter surfaces before we left. We were also asked to remove our shoes. The house had all of the equipment we needed and the family room worked out very well. Property manager was very helpful.

Pretty good place (As they say in Minnesota)

Clean. Convenient location for us. The host responded when we told him the dishwasher did not work. It was working when we got back. Probably should check stuff like hairdryers and light bulbs on a regular basis rather than telling guests they can replace them. Before we left, we did the kind of cleaning that Air B-n-B hosts do after a visit. Probably the last time we use VRBO.

Departure time

Everything was fine except we forgot trousers that were mysteriously not found By the cleaning crew. Otherwise very nice Rental. Bill was a very helpful property manager. However the 10 AM departure from the house I think is a little unreasonable when you have to vacate a family Especially when there is a power outage the day before. An extension to 11 o’clock would’ve been appreciated.
