ROACH MOTEL

IT WAS HORRIBLE. THE ROOM AND SHEETS WERE FILTHY AND STAINED, THERE WAS WHAT APPEARED TO BE DRY BLOOD ON THE WINDOW SHADE. THE ODOR WAS FOUL THERE WAS DIRT AND HAIR ALL OVER THE BATHROOM, FLOOR AND SHOWER. NOTHING WAS CLEAN. I REQUESTED A DIFFERENT ROOM OR AT LEAST SHEETS SO I COULD CHANGE THE BEDDING AND THE RUDE WORKER AT THE FRONT DESK SAID SHE COULDNT GET THEM BECAUSE SHE WAS THE ONLY ONE WORKING AND COULD NOT LEAVE THE DESK. DO NOT STAY HERE YOU WILL REGRET IT IMMENSELY. THIS IS THIRD BAD ROOM I HAVE HAD THROUGH HOTELS .COM AND WONT PLAN ON USING THEM AGAIN. REALLY REALLY BAD.

They locked my dogs in the room and wouldn't let me get them unless I paid in full, and I tried paying them in the morning and couldn't get a hold of them. Very rude, didn't communicate at all and wouldn't let me see my dogs for over an hour. Didn't understand anything. Wouldn't stay there again if my life depended on it. GHETTO FABULOUS!!!!

My tv didn't work and no remote in my room. They gave me 1 remote that didn't go to the tv. Then the remote they did give me would not let me navigate the channels. I told two different clerks about it. Also, they had a lobby full of people whose reservations had been canceled by the property. Someone else came down to complain that someone had been in their room and left food. They put the breakfast away 7 minutes before the posted breakfast time was over.

I am rating this as less than 1.... i got in to the area after driving 6 hours to learn they were overbooked and did not have my room. The girl at the front desk was not compassionate and while she did call another extended stay to see if they had rooms which they did not. She never made eye contact with me and when i asked her to use the bathroom she said we with a chuckle "well we dont have public restrooms" so i said it again and she let me in. The bathroom was dirty and she was rude. Luckily i found another hotel nearby at la quinta and they were kind and we stayed there. But no help to expedia or extended stay. Also they said i wouldn't be charged and i have a charge for one night stay that i am disputing. Awful awful awful experience

I strongly recommend NOT to book this hotel. We had a reservation for a two queen bed room. We reached the hotel late in the night and were told that they overbooked and thus they do not have the room for us. They mentioned they have 2 rooms with single beds available but they were not ready to accommodate us with the same booking. We were asked to create a new booking if we want these rooms. Also, these bookings need to be made online as they were not ready to book at the front desk. When asled why, the front desk lady gave a look and mentioned that she would book but will apply the highest premium rate and will also charge an early checkin fee. We had a terrible experience as we did not have the place to stay and it was middle of the night. We ended up going to another hotel and fortunately the staff there was a lot more accommodating. Due to the issues with overbooking, lack of communication and terrible staff, i highly suggest to NOT consider this hotel.
