Arenal Volcano with a rainbow - this happens a lot even and especially when it is not and has not been raining on our side of the lake :)

The large common area with comfortable seating and dining area and a chef's kitchen.

A welcoming and comfortable king-size bed in the primary suite with views out every window. This bedroom is creek side so you enjoy the sounds of the water and the animals and birds who follow it.

The view from the pool, takes my breath away. Please note that the small circular pool is not a heated jacuzzi. It is simply a small seating area where guests can sit and enjoy beverages and conversations.

Casa B Happy is a one-bedroom home located in the premier gated community at Lake Arenal—Vistas Del Lago. Surrounded by jungle and with a creekside lot, it offers a peaceful retreat from life's worries.

Please note : The pool is closed from May 1st to July 8th.

We love to meet our guests; however, we respect your privacy preferences. Please let us know if you prefer a self-check-in and messaging service rather than an in-person meetup. This is your vacation, and often our guests are tired upon arrival after a long travel day, and all they want to do is get in the house and relax (perhaps with a beverage :) )

We are so fortunate to be located inside the premier gated community of Vistas Del Lago.

You will have full access to the home and patio areas. Please note: there is a separate rentable space over the garage with a separate entry and parking area. During your stay, guests may or may not be staying there.

A vehicle is absolutely recommended should you decide to visit us. However we have had guests who came without one and we can recommend driving services to get you out and about as needed.

We are only 3 miles from the picturesque town of Tronadora, with the prettiest park in Guanacaste, where you can find everything you need including, a grocery store, butcher, bakery, liquor, 2 restaurants, and for those looking for the nightlife, there is also a bar.

An easy 1.5 hour drive from Liberia Airport and 3 hours from San Jose. If arriving in San Jose with less than 3 hours of daylight we recommend that you stay over near the airport and get a fresh start in the morning. Most of the roads are paved however not well marked and there are lots of twists and turns.

We have plenty of parking area.

Our HOA has instituted some security protocols for your protection and our owners' protection. We require a photo of the photo page of your passport to pass to security for your initial entry. Please pass this along as soon as possible.
