As you enter, you`ll find two cozy bedrooms – one featuring a luxurious double bed and the other adorned with a bunk bed, perfect for a family or group of friends. A full bathroom on this level ensures convenience for all guests.

The heart of the house is the inviting living area, complete with a charming chimney that adds warmth to your evenings. Enjoy your favorite shows on the Smart TV or stay connected with the complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a small bar and two high stools, invites you to unleash your culinary creativity. Step out onto the balcony, where an outdoor seating area allows you to savor your morning coffee or evening cocktails with a view.

Descend to the lower ground floor, where you`ll discover another inviting living room with a Smart TV, perfect for unwinding or hosting movie nights. The spacious bedroom with a double bed provides a peaceful haven, and an additional full bathroom ensures everyone`s comfort.

Passport Requirement:
As part of Lebanese General Security regulations and in line with our Ministry of Tourism registration, we are required to collect a copy of each guest’s passport prior to check-in. You’ll receive a Boarding Pass link after booking. Simply fill in your details under “Verify Me” to get access to check-in info, Wi-Fi details, local guides, and more.

Cameras & Crew:
Professional photoshoots, videography, or film productions are not permitted without prior written approval. Gatherings:
Please respect the maximum number of guests indicated in your booking. Exceeding this limit will be considered a gathering. Most of our apartments do not allow gatherings; however, small visits from friends or family are welcome. Any exception must be approved in advance.

Smoking is allowed outdoors, while groups of young people are not permitted. Only families and couples are allowed.

Important – Electricity Fair Use:
To support responsible energy use, electricity consumption is included up to the fair-use limits below:

Studio: 6 kWh/day
1 Bedroom: 8 kWh/day
2 Bedrooms: 10 kWh/day
3 Bedrooms: 15 kWh/day
Villa: 20 kWh/day

For stays of 20 days and above, total included consumption ranges from 150 kWh for studios, 200 kWh for 1 Bedroom, 350 kWh for 2 Bedrooms, 375 kWh for 3-Bedroom and 500 kWh for villas, depending on unit type. Consumption beyond the included fair-use limit will be calculated separately based on meter readings and the utility tariff applicable at check-out.
