Spacious 4-Bedroom House in a great location in Jobos Beach, Isabela. WIFI & A/C

Experience Isabela like a local in this 4-bedroom house. We are located near local restaurants, stores, gas station and across the street from Jobos Beach. This gorgeous property features 3 bunk beds and 2 queen beds, perfect for a group getaway. With amenities like beach essentials, heating, WiFi, AC, and hairdryers, guests will feel right at home. The 2 bathrooms offer a convenient shower with built in shower heaters and hairdryer. Plus, there's an additional living room space with a cozy sofa bed. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Our house is in the same floor to our second listing which is an apartment. Both have individual entrances and do not share interior space but do share the front gate entrance and the parking space. Parking space will be assigned in case both listings are booked during the same days in order to maintain control and make your stay as pleasant as possible. Beach Amenities will be in an outside storage box in front of the property.

Location excellent, walk to everything at Jobos! Clean property, great for families, groups. Communication with hosts from booking to check out was wonderful. Access to beach chairs & umbrella was a nice amenity.

We took a chance with this listing since it was new but it exceeded our expectations! The location was perfect and the living space was clean comfortable and conveniently situated. I’m afraid to rave about this place because I know gems like this are hard to come by and I want to stay there again.

Perfect spot if you're looking to stay at Playa Jobos. Tons of space for larger groups. Walking distance to Jobos beach and all the restaurants on the strip. So convenient to leave our car and walk (Blessings Cafe next door was fabulous for breakfast). Despite being so close to the road, traffic noise at night was not bad. But, it does get loud early in the mornings as the daily traffic picks up (delivery trucks, garbage trucks, etc). Not lowering my rating because I understand and expected as much.
