The Living Room is equipped with a large flat screen tv and dvd player. The master and guest bedrooms include a flat screen tv and dvd player. Wireless Internet is provided for your convenience.

Located in the activity hub of Hilton Head, walking distance to Coligny Plaza, where you will find specialty shops, restaurants, and grocery stores. Sit by our brand new, zero entry, pool or relax on one of the world's top 10 beaches.

Our family of 5 enjoyed a comfortable and relaxing week at this property. Check-in process was smooth and hassle free, which we greatly appreciated after our long 10 hour drive. The condo was clean and adequately stocked. The owner responded promptly to a couple of questions we had during our stay. Location is awesome- convenient to pool and beach, short walk to shops, restaurants and tiki bar. The sliver of ocean view from the balcony was a nice surprise! We would definitely stay here again.

Family HHI Vacation

We couldn’t have been happier with the property! Christian was so incredibly helpful, quick to respond, and so wonderfully kind. Our little boy turned two right before we went, and it was the perfect set up to be able to have him sleep and nap away from everyone else in the condo. Lovely place and owners.

Great location and spacious!

The condo was well laid out and was decorated and furnished well, including the beds, which were pretty comfortable. The pool was a nice size and having beach access was perfect! We had 4 adults and 2 children and never felt crowded in the condo. The location is next to Coligny Plaza, which is easy to walk to on the sidewalks, about a 1/4 mile walk. We ate dinner there a couple times and had ice cream several nights. Would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful Getaway

Our recent stay was awesome. The Shorewoods complex is beautiful and safe with a guard/gate at the entrance by car and a gate at the beach entrance. The condo was beautiful and well maintained. The host/owner responded quickly when contacted and also called to check in on us during a bad storm that blew in. The condo is right on the beach with a big pool on site. Right down from Coligny Plaza. Would love to return for a future trip to HH.

Lovely beach getaway with heated pool and hot tub

We loved our stay. The unit was nicely updated with all the amenities we could need, and the mattresses were comfortable. We've stayed at 5 different Shorewood units over the past several years because we love the beachfront location, the heated pool in November, and being near the restaurants around Coligny. Of all those units we've stayed in, this one had the nicest interior. Although the unit does not overlook the beach, we did like being in a corner unit which meant more windows. The property manager Deb was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here in the future.

We will be back!

We had an amazing stay at this property. The property manager was wonderful to work with and let us know when we could check in. The unit was a great location with covered parking, elevator, and close to the walkway to the pool and beach. The entire property was clean, safe, and gated. We loved that the pool had coolers. The kitchen was well stocked. The location was close enough to walk to Coligny, but far enough away from the public beach access so the beach area accessible from the complex was not crowded. The balcony was spacious and had a small ocean view. The decor was nice. The guest room bathroom needs bars to hang towels on. The sheets on the master bedroom were not fitted and kept coming off. We will definitely stay at this property again.

Great experience, the villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Was in walking distance to restaurants and shopping, and the beach was in the backyard! Deb was wonderful to work with as well, we will definitely be working with her on our next stay!
