Great stay only minor issue is the tv in the room near the kitchen, the power button on the remote does not work so you have to get up to turn the tv on and off. Overall excellent location and stay looking forward to staying again!

Great unit with private deck facing the Gulf of Mexico. Beach is much quieter than the neighboring high rise units. Only issue was the internet - it was out most of our stay - rather frustrating, but I realize this was out of the control of Southern Vacations - HOA property manager was unresponsive Rental agent did finally get it resolved directly through the condo owner

We've stayed at Sunrise Village every year for the last 10 years and every year regardless of the condo we're in the internet always goes out. I reported the outage and asked to help me locate the router but they wouldn't so needless to say we had to watch the ballgame on our phones. They were supposed to give me updates on it but that never happened. They finally text me later the NEXT NIGHT and asked if it was working. I didn't bother to respond. I think will be our last stay at Sunrise Village for a while. We absolutely love the location but sometimes you just have to try something different.

I can’t think of one thing that would have made our stay any better. The unit was perfectly appointed and was well thought out down to numerous USB ports. We will be back!

The view was amazing beach acess was great just a few steps to the beach. The condo was at a great location. I do need to complain about the beds the king bed was very very firm the gueen beds was a bit softer if two people slept in it bowed in the middle so very uncomfortable causing an achy back we bought a topper and it helped but other than that every thing was great.would sray again just for the view.

Beach vacation

The condo was clean and organized upon arrival. We had a great stay. The unit offered beach chair, wagon, and umbrella which was a pleasant surprise. The amenities provided were enough for 2 people for one week. Close to food and drinks. Was a great place on the beach.
