Very Spacious house for a large group with a lot of amenities.

Palm house is very spacious for a group of 8 people, we had comfortable stay with lots of amenities provided. The location is very safe a close to the all popular places.

Alumni wedding weekend

Nice place to vacation if you are looking for privacy…

I very much enjoyed this house. The host has done an excellent job stocking it with essentials. It is spacious and well maintained. It is in a very quiet neighborhood. You can enjoy walking the neighborhood with sidewalks everywhere. There is a nice beach and a few restaurants within a 10 minute walk. But, you will need your car for everything else.

Perfect Palm

The Hosts really thought of everything, from the well stocked kitchen, to the coffee bar, beach towels if needed, extra toiletries and suggestions of things to do and places to check out. Communication was excellent and they were very kind. We LOVED the open floor plan of the house and how the bedrooms were spread out so we never felt crowded or on top of one another.

Perfect Family Holiday House

This house was perfect for 4 families. We had three children under 3 and two preteens. The house had enough space for everyone and were pleasantly surprised with all the baby items; two pack and plays and a high chair. We loved the big sectional couch and how easy it was for us to hang out and talk with the open concept space. We will definitely be coming back!

Outstanding place!

I can’t give enough starts to Alyssa, she was an amazing host! The house is beautifully decorated, very clean and has everything that you can possibly need. The beds are extremely comfortable, everything in the house has very good quality and taste. We stayed there for almost a month and couldn’t be happier. It is a perfect place for families, there is a lovely beach/park less than 7 mins walk that we went there every day and my kids loved it! I highly recommend this property and would definitely stay there again!

From everything leading up to our trip, checking in and checking out, Alyssa was extremely accommodating and helpful. I was traveling with my two young daughters and family and Alyssa’s assistance made it a seamless trip for us. She was very helpful in sharing information about the house and surrounding area. This is a fantastic, well cared for home with loving touches everywhere - from the toy closet to the coffee station. Our 5 kids ages 13-5 had so much fun and felt right at home. The beds are so comfortable and the layout is spacious. We would absolutely recommend this home and will return! Communication with Alyssa was seamless and her knowledge of the area is excellent. Home sweet home for two days

A lovely home, well designed, peaceful, with ample gathering/kitchen space and comfortable beds for up to eight people. Ideal for multi-generational families. Quiet location in nice neighborhood close to excellent restaurants in PBG and NPB, golf, tennis, walks on the beach, etc. Our schedule was too busy to permit lounging in the pool or cornhole onsite but it's there for those who have the time. Recommend highly.

Awesome house! CLEAN!

My family and I stayed at the palm house while traveling for a wedding. We were extremely pleased with the house! It was very clean and organized! The check in/out process was very easy and Alyssa was very accommodating ensuring we had everything we needed. To reiterate the post, the house has a beautifully clean pool. An entrance that pulls you into the enormous living space; the entrance/dining area/kitchen/living room all spill into each other with a nice open concept. The kitchen was fully stocked with new appliances and cook-ware. The living room has an enormous couch that fit our family (7 people could easily fit and relax while watching TV - smart TV with standard apps like Netflix etc…). There is a nice enclosed porch in the back of the house, while also covered sitting space around the pool. There are 4 bedrooms, three of which have large full/queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has two twins. There are 3 full bathrooms (2 bathrooms are within the bedrooms). My 87 year old grandmother stayed with us and gave her stamp of approval. Needless to say, you can not go wrong by staying at the palm house.
