Alamander Beach House - coastal pool home

Welcome to the "Alamander Beach house" which is situated within a mile to Manasota Beach.

Beautifully furnished and equipped this home is sure to become a favorite vacation spot.

On entry you come into the great room which is furnished very tastefully with coastal theme and there is an open plan dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Includes kitchen aide mixer, crockpots, instant pot, numerous baking dishes and air fryer.   Kitchen is updated and has stainless appliances and quartz countertops. Very well-equipped kitchen with even rice cooker, various crock pots and air fryer.

There is a second sitting area which is also very nice and overlooks the pool - flat screen tv on the wall.

There are two bedrooms on opposite sides of the house, giving guests privacy. First one has a Californian king bed and second one has king bed.  A twin size cot is available for your use if needed.

The master has its own ensuite shower room and there is second guest bathroom, includes hair dryer, straightener and curling iron.

Going out to the lovely pool area which has pavers and recently built pool with a sunbathing ledge. Pool can be electrically heated; there are numerous pool floats/toys as well.

There is sitting area which is great place to enjoy the Florida sunshine or read a book. Table and chairs also for outdoor dining.

Take a nice walk to Manasota Beach, or bike ride in the area and there are two available to use.  Local shops and restaurants are about 10 minutes' drive.
