Buen Día is a recently renovated 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom Mexican-style villa in the safest and most exclusive area of Playa del Carmen.
Ideal for families or groups (up to 15 guests),
It offers cozy spaces and exceptional amenities, including a private cenote, private Jacuzzi, a bar on the terrace, private and shared pools, and a large outdoor kitchen with a grill.
The villa is just minutes away from tennis courts, a golf course, and a private beach with access (a 1-minute walk). It’s also dog-friendly (up to 2 dogs) and within a 10-minute walk from 5th Avenue, where you’ll find restaurants, shops, and beach clubs.

Daily cleaning service (Mon–Sat)
Laundry service (for stays longer than 2 nights)
Water purification system (no need to buy bottled water)
Towels are provided and changed depending on the length of stay.

Why they chose this property
We immediately fell in love with seeing this house; it's 100% Mexican but with all the American and European facilities, located in the most beautiful part of the Riviera Maya. Living in this house is relaxing, pleasant, and comfortable. Inside the fantastic Caribbean jungle, you are close to the beach and the Caribbean sea. The place is relative to all commodities, commercial centers, hospitals, and transfer services, but when you close the entrance door, you enter a fantasy world isolated from everything else.
What makes this property unique
Giorgia, our collaborator, will be happy to help you with everything you need about your vacation in the Riviera Maya. Our guests will have dedicated customer service from when they book until check-out. Valentina will help you by phone with the choice of tours and activities.
