About this property

Spacious villa overlooking the marsh on an island with an abundance of wildlife,activities,and scenery. A short walk to the ocean, this location on the island is ideal for pool and ocean swimming, sun bathing, tennis, biking, fishing, and crabbing. The villa is set in a low traffic complex with walking (100 yards) access to the island's olympic sized pool, restaurant, and gift shops.

Wildlife includes deer and a large variety of marsh dwelling birds. The sunset view from the back porch is remarkable and is complemented by the peace and serinty of the natural landscape of the island.

The villa is in excellent condition, fully furnished, and supplied with everything needed for an enjoyable beach weekend.

So convenient!

My daughter and I were very happy with the accommodations, location is within walking distance from the beach & the activity offices and our host was very responsive!

Fripp family vacation

The location could not be more perfect. Wonderful views of marsh from back deck. The villa is nice but needs some attention and care. It is worn and weathered. Bring all supplies with you from salt and pepper to laundry soap and all paper products especially if staying longer than 1-2 days. Only have starter paper towels and tp. Kitchen is well stocked if cooking. All in all an ok place that just needs some up keep and a deep clean.

Great Cousin Time!!

We had a blast spending a few days with cousins. We were greeted by deer shortly after arrival. The were on the marsh side and visited with us while we had drinks and relaxed. Lovely sunsets over the marsh. Great bird and wildlife watching from the deck. Perfect location on Fripp. Close to the beach and pools. The shed out front is a great place to store bikes. The LR furniture is slightly different than in the photo, but very comfortable for four adults. Had everything we needed to make breakfast, lunches, and snacks. We brought household supplies which were needed as expected -- trash bags, paper towels, napkins, etc. Would definitely return.

I am a native of South Carolina. I currently live in my hometown of Aiken. I began coming to Fripp more than twenty years ago largely because it has great beaches, quiet streets, low speed limits ,and a community that is mindful and protective of the natural environment and resources indigenous to Fripp Island.

Why they chose this property

We have made many recent upgrades to the property. The Master bathroom has been recently completely remodeled. Flooring in the loft is newly replaced. There is an outside foot wash that is super convenient. The kitchen cookware is replaced each season as needed. The gas grill is replaced seasonally as needed. Great location - this property is central to everything but is quiet and peaceful once you enter and close the front door.

What makes this property unique

This property is in a central location - walking distance to the best beach accesses on the island, fabulous marsh sunset view, across from the tennis courts, and incredibly quiet at night! The tennis villas are touted as the largest two bedroom units on the island. The floor plans and high ceilings give a roomy feel. The views are great.
