Kick back and relax with the 65” TV and complimentary Netflix! This professionally decorated house boasts an abundant living room space for large groups.

The brand new kitchen features a large island- perfect for cooking, and entertaining.

Please note this is a quiet neighborhood, we kindly ask there to be no parties or loud music!

Bedrooms are complete with King and Queen sized beds, all with brand new linens, new mattresses and black out blinds. This 3 bedroom house can accommodate up to 8 guests. There are 3 bedrooms (each sleeps 2), and the living room can also sleep 2 guests, 1 on each couch. Note they are large couches, 1 adult can comfortably fit on each, however, they do not pull out into a bed.

Guests can access the whole house

We have minimal interaction with guests to allow you privacy during your stay. Should you have any questions or concerns, our preferred method of communication is through the AirBnB app. You can also text or call in the event of an emergency.

There is parking for one vehicle only
No parties or gatherings of any kind.
• Quiet hours 10pm–7am. Noise complaints are taken seriously — be considerate of neighbours.
• No smoking of any kind indoors. A fine of up to $500 will be charged if smoke is detected to cover professional remediation.
• No pets.
• No open flames — candles and incense are not permitted.
• Space fits 1 car, or 2 small cars parked tightly.
• No shoes indoors.
• Check-out: please wash dishes or run the dishwasher if available, bag and dispose garbage, return any moved furniture to its original position and leave the space as you found it
