With 5.5 bathrooms featuring high-end amenities like a jetted bathtub and bidet, guests will feel pampered during their stay. All the luxurious and modern amenities that you want are here. TV's in every bedroom and living room, including the outdoor living area. The most notable aspect of the house is the variety of ceiling heights throughout the home. Some reaching 25' in height. Spacious with a Malibu beach house feel, is the best way to describe this home.
With a sunken bar overlooking the lake and the 18th hole of the golf club, entertaining guests has never been better. A game room off the second living room makes a great option for a rowdy game of cards.
Strong Wifi throughout the entire property. Multiple levels of decks, some covered, extend the space of the house to almost double its size. Situated on an acre of land, privacy is at a maximum. Fully enclosed garage space under the house is perfect for hanging out rain or shine. Indoor pickleball court located on the ground floor is perfect for family fun.
A brand new hot tub on the back deck overlooking the lake and golf course is the best way to wrap up a long day in warm or cold weather.
This home is located in the heart of Debordieu and is steps away from the walking path that leads to the scenic trail around the lakes for viewing quintessential southern plants and native animals.
It is also a short walk to the main clubhouse where parties and weddings take place on occasion. If you are attending a wedding, this is your perfect spot!
The beach is a 10 minute walk, but is most perfect for a golf cart ride to carry you and all your favorite beach items.

We had a wonderful stay with friends during a long weekend . The house was beautiful and well maintained. The kids enjoyed the pool, playing pickleball and walking the tails of the neighborhood. Cari always responded quickly with any questions I had. I would totally rent this house again

Kitchen was fully equipped with everything you would need. Received all information for check-in well in advance. Our stay was beyond expectation. The home is spacious and beautifully decorated. Although we did not use the pool, it was clean and well maintained. The view of the lake was spectacular. Cari was great with all communications about the home and any questions we had and responding promptly. Definitely worth coming back.

This house is amazing! Perfect for a large family vacation or a golf trip. We stayed here for my daughters wedding and it couldn't have been more perfect. It is spacious and is stocked with any and everything you need. The host Cari was available anytime I had questions and the house was immaculate. It is located within a gated community so the security was great. I highly recommend this house for your future get-away. The weekend was just perfect! Thanks Cari!

Loved this home! Luxurious and very spacious. Could not have been any better spending fun days at the beach with our grown kids with tons of room, TVs, Pickle Ball, Fishing and more. Carrie (owner) and her husband were on top of everything. We intend on renting this home again if available. Three decades spending time here….DeBordieu is a special place!Highly recommended Cheers!

The house was very clean and spacious. The neighborhood and location were great. The view of the lake and golf coarse outstanding. The 4 stars was only because the pool was not clean enough for the grandkids to swim in and they were very disappointed. Overall great place to stay and I would recommend this place to others.

A beautiful and relaxing stay for friends n family

This vacation home had everything we wanted. Enough room for 4 families, very clean, spacious and in a safe, beautiful neighborhood. Views of the lake were amazing for taking some nice pictures. Kids had fun in the jacuzzi. Nearby beach was also very clean and convenient. The drive to Charleston was little over an hour but not too bad. Overall, we all had a great time and would go back in a heartbeat.

Why they chose this property

This neighborhood is most notable peaceful. Idyllic bike rides with family and friends. Cocktails while watching the sunset. Long walks on an uncrowded shoreline. Fishing in unpolluted and under-fished waterways. The example of a perfect vacation.

What makes this property unique

Our house is known in the neighborhood for it's modern look. Originally built by a family from the West Coast, it has all the vibes of a Malibu Beach house. Soaring ceilings, neutral colored plaster walls, oversized glass windows that allow in all of the day light. Decks all around with built-in planters. Indoor atrium as well as outdoor atriums. We are also one of the only property that sits on 2 lots. We have the best view of the pond and the golf course due to being on of the first homes built here. The second owner of the house was famous as well. He was the first to import Grey Goose to the US. Apparently, the house has had lots of famous guests as well.
