Welcome to your new home away from home in Puerto Vallarta!

This fantastic 3rd-floor condo is a comfortable and inviting two-bedroom, two-bathroom retreat—perfect for families or groups wanting to stay in the best location in town, just steps from the beach. The suite-style layout ensures privacy for everyone: the front bedroom features a king-size bed, while the back bedroom includes two double beds, offering plenty of space for your entire group.

The condo comes fully equipped with everything you need for a carefree vacation—kitchen essentials for cooking at home, quality towels and linens, purified water, and maid service three times a week. Spend your mornings or evenings out on the balcony, enjoying gentle breezes and the charming sounds of Puerto Vallarta’s Old Town below.

A full renovation, including a brand-new kitchen and updated bathrooms, is scheduled for Summer 2026, making this an even more exciting place to stay.

Plaza Mar is a privately owned, 33-unit condo community located in the heart of the Romantic Zone in Old Town Puerto Vallarta—one of the most sought-after areas in the city. You’ll be just a minute’s walk from dozens of fantastic restaurants, cafés, and art galleries, and positioned right alongside a beautiful park plaza that hosts a lively weekly farmer’s market. The famous Los Muertos Pier is only a five-minute stroll away.

The building is gated and private, offering peace, safety, and a quiet escape from the busy streets. Enjoy the convenience of a 24-hour receptionist, a full-time administrator, and an attentive maintenance team ready to assist with anything you might need. Amenities include a relaxing lobby and atrium garden, a rooftop pool, grilling area, game room, and laundry facilities. The rooftop views are nothing short of breathtaking. Unfortunately, due to our strict HOA bylaws, no animals of any kind will be permitted to enter the property. You will be turned away at the front desk and not refunded.

Surrounded by lush jungle hillsides, cobblestone streets, and stunning beaches, this area is one of Mexico’s most charming treasures. Despite its growth, Puerto Vallarta has preserved its friendly, small-town feel and welcoming atmosphere, making it easy to feel both safe and right at home.

Location, location, location!

When our family travels, we prioritize walkability. We also like to be 'in' the country or location not adjacent to it (like in a resort) so we can experience the local food and culture. I don't believe you could find a much better location in Puerto Vallarta if you prioritize those same qualities. Within steps, you can find an unbelievable array of excellent food, entertainment, shopping, and of course the beach. The pictures almost don't do the property justice and everyone we encountered from the front desk staff to the housekeeping staff and even extending to other guests/residents were pleasant and friendly. It was a great experience for our family and I highly recommend it.

Fantastic location with ocean view.

If you are looking to stay close to much of the action in Zona Romántica, this is a great option. We were highly satisfied with our stay here the last week of January 2025. The place is immaculate. We had housekeeping service every other day. The housekeeper was extremely thorough in cleaning the entire unit.Everything was in good working order and appearance, especially remarkable considering the upkeep needed for an ocean view property. The common areas are well maintained. The rooftop pool was crystal clear.Located close to many bars and restaurants, there is some noise that can be heard in the front bedroom in the evenings. It quieted down by 11:00 PM each night. The back bedroom was quieter. I'm a light sleeper and didn't have any trouble sleeping in the king size bed in the front bedroom.The property manager responded to my communications quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
