Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Newly remodeled Timberbrook condo just steps from the slopes. Beautiful corner unit with two balconies and views of the resort and mountains. Relax in the indoor community hot tub and pool after a day on the slopes!

The Space:
This is a one bedroom unit with a King Sized Bed. The living room has a pull out bed couch and a pull out bed love seat. There is one bathroom with a shower and double sinks. Full kitchen with new appliances and is fully stocked with all of your cooking needs. There is a coffee bar with K-cups provided.

Community clubhouse with pool, hot tub, sauna, showers, game room (pool table, table tennis, board games). Coin operated laundry machines are located in the clubhouse. A key to the club house is provided in the unit.

To get to the slopes there is a free shuttle available to the resort that stops in front of the building during ski season several times per day.

Guest Access:
Access to the unit, clubhouse and underground parking.

Other Things to Note:
Underground parking is available on the east side of the building. To access you must enter the side door and press the open button. Please note that this a second story unit and there are no elevators in the building.
