Designed to feel like your home away from home, Retreat at Par Lane is newly renovated, meticulously kept, and nothing short of a serene getaway. From your private oasis, explore the many surrounding attractions like Silver Dollar City, a 61-acre amusement park, which is a quick 5 minutes away.
The interior of this home is bright and modern, with furnishings that are both inviting and functional. The open concept space features comfortable seating arranged around a cozy electric fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day out, or enjoying a night in with movies on the large-screen smart tv. Between the formal dining table with seating for 4 and the breakfast bar with additional seating for 2, there’s plenty of room for meals enjoyed at home. The spacious kitchen with its wide countertops and standard appliances also includes a toaster, coffee machine, blender, and crock pot for your convenience. Head through the back door to enjoy a covered patio with views of the expansive, green landscape. There’s no better place to start the day with your morning coffee, share a meal, or unwind after a day of adventure.
This home sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living area.
Bedroom #1 has a king-size bed and smart tv.
Bedroom #2 is the primary suite with a king-size bed, smart tv, ensuite bathroom with shower/tub combo, and direct access to the back patio.
THINGS TO NOTE:
- This is a ground floor, walk-down units requiring approximately 17 stairs steps to reach the entrance. No elevator access.
- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis.
- As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.
- On the day of arrival, guests will receive an AMENITIES PASS via text message from the local team to take to the Stonebridge Welcome Center for the purchase of the parking pass.
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested.
- A queen-size sleeper sofa is provided in the living area.
- The home has a second full bathroom off the living space.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. The communal indoor pool and outdoor hot tub are open year-round.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

In addition to the many resort amenities just outside your door, you’ll be 20 minutes from Table Rock Lake where you can enjoy world-class fishing, water sports, boating, swimming, and an inviting family atmosphere. You’ll also be within 15 minutes of many outstanding hiking options, including the 362 acres of trails, scenic landscapes, and rolling green glades of the White River Balds Natural Preserve.
This ideal location puts you within 12 miles of downtown Branson where you are likely to stumble onto a live music festival, eclectic eateries, trendy boutiques, and local wineries among the more famed attractions of Branson like Dolly Parton’s Stampede, Pirate Cove Adventure Golf, Bigfoot Fun Park, and the Titanic Museum. It’s no surprise that Branson has been dubbed the “Live Entertainment Capital of the World” considering there is truly something for everyone to enjoy. We recommend taking plenty of time to explore the area by walking, hopping on a bike, or using the free downtown trolley.
