Seasonal swimming pools will help you cool down in the warmer months, a refreshing break after a competitive game on the basketball or tennis courts. A catch-and-release pond is the perfect way to spend a leisurely afternoon by the water, soaking up the sun as you test out your fishing skills. Just a few short miles from thrilling Silver Dollar City and impressive Table Rock Lake, you’ll also be conveniently close to some of the best attractions Branson has to offer. The home’s interior surrounds you in desirable rustic-chic cabin vibes, where rich wood flooring, trim, and accents surround you in natural warmth and comfort. Settle into the living room on plush sofa and armchair seating as you surf the channels on the TV. During the cooler months, set the fireplace ablaze to create the perfect ambiance for a family movie or game night. The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need to whip up convenient homecooked meals along with ample cabinetry for storing all your foodstuffs. Gather together for formal meals at the elegant table with seating for 6, or head out onto the screened-in deck to immerse yourself in back in nature and dine al fresco with a side of serene forest views.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a king size bed, TV, and ensuite bathroom with an oversized single vanity, jetted tub, and glass walk-in shower.

THINGS TO NOTE:

• This unit is on the main floor and requires walking up 34 steps to access the main door.

• Parking available for 2 vehicles. As of January 1, 2026, there is a $7.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and the fee cannot be waived.

• On day of arrival all guests will receive a message from the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS from the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge.

• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.

• The total price for your reservation will include the accommodation fare, booking fee, cleaning fee, damage waiver, pet fee (if applicable), and applicable taxes.

• The home is not pet friendly.

• Washer and dryer in home.

• The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

• Pools and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

The home is less than 4 miles from the White River Balds Natural Area, a 362-acre nature preserve with rolling green glades, hiking trails, and scenic landscapes. It’s simple to navigate downtown by walking, riding a bike, or hopping on the free downtown trolley. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
