Included is access to a private beach, kayaks and canoes, good fishing, and the guarantee that you'll unplug from the pressures of everyday life. We provide all towels and linens, washer/dryer and dishwasher. We hope you enjoy what our place and Williamsburg has to offer.

A security deposit of $500.00 for any damages incurred is required. The amount will be placed in an escrow account and returned to renters in full no later than one week after the rental period has concluded, provided that the property manager has concluded that no or inconsequential damage has incurred. * ( inconsequential meaning normal wear and tear).
