Rest, surf, eat & chill -ON REPEAT- while you stay our cozy oceanfront condo. It's located in the southern part of Montanita in a quiet residential area, in front of a beach break.
This stylish boho apartment is fully equipped for long or short stays. Good Wi-Fi, hot water, private kitchen and a stunning view are some of the things you can count on.
You can also enjoy the pool and chilling areas on the property. Perfect for a family/friends trip and/or work remote.
The space
The apartment is newly completed. It's on the second floor of the property. It has 2 bedrooms, living room, dining room, equipped kitchen and a bathroom.

The living room & kitchen are open concept and have large windows with a private balcony where you can enjoy the ocean view.

The kitchen is equipped with coffee maker, blender, stove with oven and refrigerator. There are enough cooking utensils and crockery for 4 people.

The master bedroom features a queen size bed, a large closet, and air conditioning.

The secondary room has 2 twin size beds, a closet and a fan.

The bathroom has hot water and is for the exclusive use of the apartment.

The apartment is located 10-min walk away from "downtown" Montañita where you can find lots of restaurants, bars, pharmacies, ATM and a grocery store.

If you're a surfer, you'll enjoy the wide beach break straight in front of the property and the famous right point break -La Punta-, located 15-min walk away.
