Welcome to Shelly's Chateau!
A 3-bedroom, 2-bath brand new home just minutes from downtown Cedar Key. This cozy retreat is named after Shelly, the friendly tortoise who lives in the backyard. Perfect for families or small groups, Shelly's Chateau offers a comfortable homebase while exploring everything the Nature Coast has to offer!
INTERIOR
~ Single level with no stairs
~ Comfortable living room with ample seating and a Smart TV for entertainment
~ Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and breakfast bar
~ Dining area with seating for six, ideal for meals or gathering
~ Bedroom #1 has a queen-sized bed and private en-suite bathroom
~ Bedroom #2 has a queen-sized bed
~ Bedroom #3 has two twin beds
~ Two full bathrooms, the ensuite to Bedroom #1 and communal bathroom, both with tub-shower combos
~ Laundry room with washer and dryer
