Location and Space!

We really felt the Playa del Carmen energy staying here. So close to authentic restaurants, great beaches and friendly people. We walked everywhere and even the excursions we did felt central to us.Our place was so roomy and the pictures accurate. Our property manager was available at all times and very helpful as needed. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a great family vacation experience.

1st time to Playa

This is a cute, very spacious condo. It is quite dated but in a quaint way. It is filled with Mexican decor. The location is in the hub of shops & restaurants of 5th Ave. and 1/2 block from the beach. You can see the ocean from the balcony and windows. The roof top pool is spectacular. However, the VRBO ad says the suite has a washer...it does not and never has. There is a washer and dryer set up in the basement but it is so old & dirty. We did find a wash & fold laundry about 2 blocks away. The couch in the unit, while very comfy, needs a good cleaning. Veronica, the property manager, was easy to get a hold of and helped us immediately if we were in need of anything.

Response from VrboOwner on 7 February 2025
We appreciate your compliment to our decor but it is dismaying to see you post a complaint about the washer/dryer, which is one floor down from us in a closed room adjacent to the parking garage. We checked a box to indicate that a w/d was available. And when you complained that they weren't in our unit, I gave you a refund equal to the cost of two orders at the nearby drop-and-fold laundry.
