On The Beach And Boardwalk In South Mission, Full ~180 Degree Ocean View

Large, open living space (livingroom, dining and kitchen) feature ocean views. Cable TV with expanded channels.
Bedrooms: #1: king bed, with TV,
#2: Queen bed with private bath,
#3: One twin XL bed, one full bed,
#4: great for kids with 4 twin/single beds plus a couch that flattens to queen size and large TV.
Large Patio out front with table, lounge chairs & BBQ, plus bonus covered interior courtyard, all just for your use. Four easy parking spaces that fit oversized vehicles (rare for the beach).
Great for family get-aways (No Parties Permitted, owner resides on site in a separate unit, distanced from this ground floor unit; as a courtesy to neighbors, neighborhood quiet codes enforced 10pm to 8am). Able to sit back and watch the kids on the beach, enjoy a glass of wine with the sunset, or just enjoy the beach life. Ask about our Nap at the Beach Romantic Getaways with flowers, local estate wine, locally made chocolate and either weekend getaway tickets to a local San Diego County winery for wine tasting and museum or another bottle of wine; ask for 2 bedroom availability.
Short walks: one block towards the bayside of the Mission Beach Peninsula to the market/deli and eateries; about six blocks walk straight down the boardwalk in front to the Belmont amusement park, beach shops, and restaurants. Short drives to Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Historic Old Town, Airport, and still only about a half hour to county wineries. But, you'll be right on the beach - so why leave at all?

Great place for families

We have stayed here before and have enjoyed it. Plenty of space, beds, and is set for families. Beautiful location and plenty of parking available. Clark is a great host and quick to respond if we had any questions. We will stay again!

Overall great stay and great property! Only thing I would say is patio furniture and bbq could use an upgrade but enjoyed our time. Cannot beat this location!

Family birthday trip

We went with my husband ,son’s family, daughter and granddaughter. We stayed for 5 nights the house was perfect for our needs and wants!! Clark the host was very accommodating. The house kitchen is stocked with plenty of plates, pots and pans kitchen utensils for cooking. The barbecue was beautiful. I would recommend this place to stay out anytime.

Amazing home with amazing views!

Took the family for a long weekend and it was fantastic!!! The kids were able to play on the beach while the grownups sat on the patio and enjoy watching the waves! Close to Belmont park which always such a fun place. We absolutely loved our time here

Fabulous Beach Week

We have stayed at this property twice, and have already booked for next year. It is a perfect location on the ocean, with less traffic than most of Mission Beach, but steps from restaurants, bars, a market and liquor store. Clark is a very responsive host, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property has plenty of parking, and the home is spacious and very livable.

Great layout! Plenty of space to stretch out , relax and enjoy the amenities. The patio was spacious with lots of seating. Great family Spring Break

Grandma, Grandpa and our two kids’ families really enjoyed this wonderful location. The house has a real “beach front vibe.” Lots to do. All 5 grandkids were able to stay together for a giant sleepover. Tons of fun.

February 2025 San Diego Mission Beach

We had a great time staying at this property on Mission Beach. The beach house was quite roomy, and is nicer than it looks in the photos. It could easily accommodate a much larger group than our family of 7 adults. The location was fantastic, and we really appreciated the parking spaces; large enough for our large SUV plus additional spaces we did not need. Clark was a great host. The kitchen was well stocked; we easily BBQ'd several times and cooked a few dinners in the kitchen. Thanks Clark!

Family gathering

This property provided an excellent location for our family group of 7 adults and 2 children under 4. It has great parking and great ocean front views from the living area and patio. It is within walking distance to the Belmont amusement park and the Maruta Gardner playground. Great access to the boardwalk for walking or biking. The owner was very responsive to a problem with the TV connection in the front room. My family all stated the photos donot do it justice. We would stay again and recommend it to others.

Great Stay!

Our family of 10 had a great time! The location was perfect! One thing to note, every Saturday from 8:00am-12:00pm volleyball nets are set up in the sand right in front of the house. It is fun to watch but also a little inconvenient at times.
