Fully furnished and outfitted unit with a fenced yard and deck. Spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom that has its own parking area for two cars and in unit laundry. Unit is very homey and has a updated kitchen and bathroom. It has everything you need, kitchen utensils, pots, pans, coffee maker, desk, WiFi ect. Also has A/C for the warm summer months.
