Off street Parking for 1 vehicle on right side of parking area - no RVs or campers Manzanita is entirely walkable so grocery, farmer's market, all amenities of town, and the ocean all within a few blocks. A walker and hiker's paradise!

Small breed dog considered with extra monthly fee. Dogs must be under owners control at all times and not left in unit unattended. Curb dog off site. We are not able to accommodate cats in this unit due to allergies.


Overnight guests are limited to 2 persons and owner notification.
Max total guest overnights per rental period - 3 nights, strictly enforced

Please close/lock all windows securely and lower blinds, and turn off heating system prior to leaving
Please gather all used towels and place in bathtub
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Guests with dogs must bring a dog bed. No dogs allowed up on bed or couches at any time . Dogs must be under owner supervision at all times.
Overnight guests are limited to 2 persons at any time with owner notification. Max overnights limited to 3 nights per rental month
Guest must wheel garbage can out to street for weekly pick up - by 7 am on Monday mornings.

Very comfortable, clean, for longer stay home

This location was perfect for our month long stay in Manzanita. Just half a mile walk from the beach and downtown, the walk-ability was great and at the same time removed from downtown noise. Bed and bedding was very comfortable. All essentials were supplied and very well organized in the space. Was very clean and tastefully furnished/ decorated, not cluttered and Left space for us to temporarily move in to. Seating was also very comfortable. Highly recommend. Appreciated the ease of check in/ out and Kristin’s succinct communications.
