The accommodation is comfortably appointed, including 2 Queen size bedroom suites and linens. Walk-in closet and flat screen TV in the Master. The property is very centrally located; restaurants, shopping, golf and movie theaters all within easy walking distance. Transit stops within mere steps of your door, water taxi option (approx 2 kms) offers guests the chance to cruise the length of the Gorge Waterway en route to inner harbor - Empress Hotel. Take a short country drive to Butchart Gardens for a day trip and hit the local market on your way home.

We can provide contact details for fishing charter day trips (local company, expert sport fisherman...Great rates).

Room for 1 car in the shared driveway. Both short and (limited) longer term stays are welcome year round!

Pacific ocean is less than a 1 minute walk from the property crossing a road. The sand and rocks beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. There is no dock, moorage or float anchor.

Property is not near a ski resort.
