SKI-IN/OUT MOST DESIRABLE LOCATION IN WHISTLER: pls note hot tub/pool closure

Our condo is located in the peaceful part of the Upper Village. We have a 1 bedroom + open loft condo on the 3rd floor (top floor) at Glacier Lodge. Sleeps 4 comfortably. It’s perfect location in the Upper Village is unbeatable; it is right across from Chateau Whistler and at the base of Blackcomb mountain at the Wizard chair lift.
Sorry, this is a NO PETS, NO SMOKING unit. We have a minimum age requirement of 6 years.

POOL/HOT TUB CLOSURE FOR MAY 2025 TO NOV 2026 SEASON

GLACIER LODGE IS UNDERGOING MAJOR RENOVATION IN THE COURTYARD TO COMPLETELY RENOVATE POOL AND HOT TUB AREAS. THEREFORE, PLEASE NOTE, THERE WILL BE NO ACCESS TO THE POOL AND HOT TUB DURING THIS PEROID. OUR CONDO ALSO FACES THE POOL WHICH WILL OVERLOOK THE CONSTRUCTION ZONE.
WE WILL REMAIN OPEN TO TAKE IN BOOKINGS IF YOU WOULD STILL LIKE TO EXPERIENCE THE SKI SEASON. ANY BOOKINGS MADE DURING THIS TIME WILL BE DISCOUNTED BY 15% TO ACCOUNT FOR LACK OF USE OF POOL/HOT TUBS AND THE INCONVENIENCE.

Very clean and had everything we needed. My only suggestion is to add some more hooks (to hang ski stuff) in the entry way. It would have been really nice with a family of 4. Other than that is a nice place to stay.

Easy checkin, clean house, ample room for 4 people, and walking distance from Blackcomb gondola. Only downside is there is one full bathroom only (there is a half bath in the master). Would've liked another full bathroom, but overall - great place for a small group!

Very comfortable stay here over Christmas 2023. Beds were comfy, kitchen well equipped, nice communal living area. Very warm. Glacier Lodge ideally situated for Blackcomb Gondola. Free shuttle bus service outside the Lodge to Whistler Gondola. Outdoor Pool & Jacuzzi well maintained.

Loved staying here! We're a family of 5 and being close to the lifts and in quieter upper village was perfect for us. Unit was roomy. Hot tub/pool area was a little loud at times through the windows but it was always quiet by 9pm so no problem. The grocery market across the street was very convienent and no more expensive than groceries in California....Kitchen had decent supplies. Only thing is we would have liked is more toilet paper considering we booked a 1 week stay, otherwise, no complaints! Would book again for sure!

Location, Location, Location!

We stayed at this condo from 2/1-1/9/2023. Kats, our host, was very good about getting back to me and working with us for almost 3 years (COVID restrictions causing us to re-schedule our trip a couple of times.) She was concise and very helpful throughout the process. The unit was as advertised and you couldn't find a better location on the Mountain. Walking distance to Gondola, Restaurants, Shops, and short walk to Whistler Village. The pool and jacuzzies were fabulous too. Would have given 5 Stars, but our only disappointment was the bed (very firm) and the couch was not very comfortable. I would highly recommend this place to both family and friends. I would also note to Kats that maybe adding a bed topper would likely make a big difference. For those looking for a place, this is a great spot at a great price! Thx again Kat!

The good and the bad

The location is great, but it is absolutely not ski in ski out, it seems that term is used rather loosely. The kitchen is well stocked At night it is quiet The king size bed is awesome Extra pillows and blankets are great The finishes are old, every room is a different laminate counter, I am 5”10 and the sink in the main bathroom is at my thighs. Small TV inside a huge armoire The dishwasher cannot be used while in the unit it is so loud it overpowers the TV. Kitchen sink was sluggish and then completely backed up after running dishwasher. It was taken care of the same day but we could not have lunch in our unit. This was our 4th stay in Whistler, It was comfortable but we will not choose this unit again.
