Lovely townhome and fabulous host

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our unit was very clean, attractively decorated, and comfortably for our group. The management company did an outstanding job as well. We were assigned a representative , Madi, who reached out prior to our stay with her personal contact information. She was very responsive with any questions we had. Everything was in great condition. There had been a power outage that caused a circuit breaker to trip due to some weather issues. And she addressed our questions immediately with a personal visit. We would highly recommend staying here to anyone.

This is the second time we have stayed at Southern Comfort, and would choose it again if it was available. The property is clean and very comfortable. Furnishings and bedding are all in excellent condition. The kitchen is well stocked as well with kitchen items— pots, pans, silverware, crockpot, blender, etc. The management company did not feel like a management company— very professional, but very personable! We had a couple of questions, and they were prompt in writing or calling back each time. If southern comfort was not available, I would try to rent another of their properties!
