The location has beach access directly across the street from the complex, an indoor community pool and hot tub, and tennis/pickleball courts. We look forward to hosting your next seaside getaway!

We enjoyed our stay here. The property was clean and well-stocked in all the rooms. We appreciated the extra snacks and the full coffee and tea bar.It was great to be able to walk across the street to the beach! We would definitely stay here again.

Downtown Birch Bay

An excellent top-floor condo at Jacob's Landing in "downtown" Birch Bay. Great space, great location, within easy walking distance to restaurants. A lovely last-minute find. Appreciate the thoughtful touches, amenities, along with personable and prompt communication.

The condo was spotless, had many unexpected extras such as pancake breakfast fixings. Bed was comfy. Unit was quiet. We plan to come back!

The condo was very nice. The location was great right in front of the water. Didn’t get a chance to try any amenities. Host responded quickly when I needed to reach out. Weather was beautiful and the unit had plenty of fans for cooling if needed. Rented a golf cart from the corner shop, it was super fun to ride around the bay all day. Would book location again for another trip.

Such an amazing host! The weather was hot during our stay, and even though the listed amenities did not include air conditioning, the host had set up and turned on a portable ac, and put ice cream bars in the freezer. That’s next level hosting. We’ll be back next summer!

Looks clean but wasn’t-needs a deep clean. Dust webs on upper windows, dirty freezer, both bath doors had stuff running down as did kitchen cupboards. Lamp shades and lamps very dusty. Upper toilet significant ring. Upper bath faucet and door squeak loudly. Nice place but…overall needs a bath!! Cozy place-appreciated snacks-good location

We were in Birch Bay for a family get together. The condo had everything we needed and was very accessible. The beds were comfortable. The little things the host did to make our stay more pleasant were very appreciated. They had some staples and snacks available to us and we utilized the racquetball supplies. Great access to the beach and things to do in town. Just a note for people with less mobility—The condo is on the second floor, so there is a flight of stairs to the front door, and then inside there is a flight of stairs to the loft from the living room. This was not an issue for us. We will definitely be back.
