This neighborhood is located just off the cusp of downtown so it is a perfect spot for peace and quiet, and yet still located close enough to entertainment in case you want to take a break from the lake (which is unlikely)

Our spring-fed, crystal clear lake is one-of-a-kind. Competition bass fish everywhere perfect for the sport fishermen in you. The sunsets are unreal! The town is a refreshing dose of vacation vibes with endless scenic views.
