What a find in Martin! We had some overflow of family staying the weekend and it worked well for us. We had a little miscommunication on getting in but it was ironed out in no time. Great hosts! We’d definitely book here again.

Limited options in Martin, SD. We were happy to find the property available to stay. The heat and air worked well and plumming. Property needed a good cleaning. My wife spent 2 hour cleaning it and made it much nicer. The property owner/manager was very responsive. We had an issue with the door lock and left our property inside for several hours unlocked. The Owner brought over new batteries. I installed them. The lock does work better now. But still takes multiple attempts from outside to get it unlocked. Would stay there again. Just hope they get someone to cleaning it good prior to coming.

We are a sister-in-law team, married to brothers who ranch/farm together by Martin, SD. James & Abby have 6 children. John& Allie have 4 children with one on the way. As ranch wives we love to serve and host others! In 2021 we decided to take the leap and purchase our first property in Martin, SD. Then in 2023, we expanded to Valentine, NE and now the Black Hills. On top of being mothers we found our other calling. We hope you enjoy your stay!
