This is a beautiful house to stay for our vacation. The hosts were responsive to our needs. The stretch of beaches at this location are quiet and serene. We felt that we had our own private beach. We have been staying in Sanibel for our winter vacation for more than 30 years, this is quite a wonderful stay.Thank you.

Everything is wonderful at the house. There are bikes and locks, pool toys and a golf cart. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and dish towels. When we arrived there were mimosas and scones- wonderful!

We have been coming to Sanibel for close to 40 years and have experienced a large variety of condos and homes. We really appreciated the attention to detail here. A 4 slice toaster so breakfast prep for the group was fast. The 86 degree pool so the littles could spend as much time as we allowed without turning blue along with many other details for our group. The space was perfect for us and we will be returning next year.

Great Vacation

The house was wonderful. It was clean and stocked with everything we could need. There were bikes, new helmets and locks. The golf cart was perfect for getting babies and toys to the beach. The pool was clean and warm. Gina, the host, was great and she had a delightful welcome basket for our arrival.

Host was very welcoming! We had "welcome" card and goodies waiting for us upon our arrival. Amenities in good condition. Needed some help with a few things and host Gina took care of issues right away! Pool was already warm when we arrived. That was a first for me. Owner and host were the best I've ever worked with in 25 years!

What a wonderful house!

Everyone in our 3 generations loved it. The pool is large and warm. We made good use of the golf cart for walking the beach, shelling, looking for dolphins and enjoying the sunset. The view of the lake from the screened in deck was a favorite for my husband and me. We enjoyed looking for the wildlife and birds. The owner and host were very responsive before and during the stay. The place is well stocked, clean and well furnished so we really didn’t need to contact them while we were there. We are already counting down the days to return next year!

Our family had the absolute pleasure of staying at Kim and Bob’s Sanibel Island home for the entire month of July, and it was, hands down, the best vacation we’ve ever had!!! Gina, the host, was fantastic! From the moment we booked, their communication was exceptional, and they were always helpful, kind, and prompt! The home itself was immaculate and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need (and more!). It truly felt like a home away from home. The attention to detail was incredible— from the generous supply of beach chairs, floaties, and bug spray to the convenient golf cart that made getting to the beach a breeze. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with a Sanibel beach bag, chilled champagne and orange juice (hello mimosas!), and a thoughtful welcome basket that started our trip on such a special note. The pool was large and refreshing, and the view from the balcony and dining table was a constant source of entertainment. We watched iguanas lounging in the sun and even witnessed a GIGANTIC 10 foot alligator catch a bird right on the bank!!! It was INCREDIBLE! Kim, Bob, and Gina have truly created a slice of paradise, and we are beyond grateful for the care and thoughtfulness they put into every detail. This was our best vacation yet, and we are already dreaming of our next visit back to this amazing home!
