Misleading posting
When I saw the add for room, it said enjoy sunrise from your balcony and I was under the assumption that this room has a balcony and it’s in the second floor.we had booked this room to celebrate a birthday and was dissatisfied .First of all the check in process was so confusing because they have two resorts one Rivera and the other blue water but all the check-ins happen the blue water so we were walking around the campus to find the checkin. nobody was there to guide us And once we went there we checked and we got our rooms and only to find that we got a room on the lower floor with no view, which is not we booked for when we called the front desk they informed us VRBO has booked only this room when we contacted VRBO they said the room selection happens while checking in and Vrbo said they did not give the right room. This is ridiculous because we paid for the sea facing room and we got non-facing room and nobody was responding to us immediately and this issue was not sold so before booking do message and confirm if you are looking fir a sea facing room
