We love hosting WELL BEHAVED pets! In order to keep our home clean and meticulously cared for, we charge a pet fee of $25 per night. The backyard is fully fenced. We provide food dishes, poop bags, and doggie beds. We also a crate available if you must leave for a bit. Please use this to avoid damages to the house!
Access to the space is via an electronic lock on the front door. We will send you your own private key-code with the check-in instructions.
ZEN DEN: This peaceful meditation, yoga, or workout area is a separate building in the backyard. The key is at the home's backdoor.
STAIRS: There are 3 stairs leading to the front door. Must use stairs to access 2 of the bedrooms.
PARKING: There is plenty of parking in the driveway or on the street in front of the house.
FRAGRANCE SENSITIVITIES: We strive to keep our home fresh and inviting using natural cleaners like Mrs. Meyer's and vinegar as well as fragrance- and dye-free laundry detergent for those with sensitivities. However, we also use plug-in air fresheners and provide bathroom spray and dryer sheets for guests who enjoy scents.
If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!
House Rules:
1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken.
2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count.
3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with a nightly fee of $25. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies.
4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared.
5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.
6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.
7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule.
I just live 10 minutes away so I am available if needed. I love to provide dining, drinking, adventuring, and playing information! Utah has been my home for 35 years!

Why they chose this property
Bountiful is a lovely city that is close to the mountains, parks, sightseeing, and all the dining and shopping you could ask for. It's family friendly and safe and close enough to Salt Lake City that you can have a quieter stay in Bountiful or adventure out and come home to a beautiful home to rest. I actually moved here a year ago from Salt Lake City and have absolutely loved it! I'm always happy to give local recommendations so just ask! I also provide a Welcome Book in the home that is filled with information on my favorite places to eat, drink, and visit!

This beautiful property is loved, cared for, stylish, spacious, and updated with everything possible to make your stay comfortable, memorable, and relaxing! The huge yard is fenced in for furry friends and children and includes a firepit, BBQ, plenty of seating, and even your own private yoga and meditation suite in the backyard.
