Wash all dishes, take out all trash including bathroom and outside and put in garbage cans. Make sure umbrellas are closed after each use as it gets windy and could cause damage.
Swim spa and hot tub covered, temperature inside to 80, put furniture back, clean BBQ,
Pick up dog waste, wash colored towels, put all white towels by laundry room.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

I bought this property for its awesome downtown location. It’s close to Hwy 10 and very close to downtown many attractions. Zoo, hiking, biking, and all that downtown has to offer
