About this property
Farm house without the work. Enjoy the fresh air and the star gazing at night.
Step back in time and enjoy staying on a working cattle farm in one of the oldest brick houses in Marshall County Tennessee. We have have remodeled this house and it has all your needs. Enjoy the views of the hilltops and cattle roaming all around while sitting next to the fire. My grandfather bought this farm in 1963 and it was a dairy until 2021. Since then we have been transitioning to a beef farm. We also raise longhorns that you will be able to watch graze in the pasture beside the house.

This is a nice old farmhouse in the middle of a working cattle farm. The house is surrounded by a wooden fence to keep the cattle from standing right outside your doors and windows. The cattle came up to the fence early in the morning before moving on to other areas of the farm so you could see them up close.
It Was wonderful peaceful just couldnt stay long enough. Very sweet people that run it .Great place to bring family Thank you for hospitality will definitely tell others
This was a lovely home. Our family of 6 stayed for the night and it exceeded our expectations. If we are ever in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.
Beautiful, relaxing place. You’re out in the country without being extremely far from town. We were there in the area for a wedding. Perfect location. Beautiful little country home.
Our host was outstanding! The home was beautifully decorated for our Christmas stay. The amenities were plentiful. Such a peaceful serenity home inside and out. Highly recommend this home to anyone that's needing a break from all the hustle and bustle of everyday life in town. The sunset is amazing there.
Our stay here was cozy and relaxing! Waking up to the sight of Longhorn cattle grazing in the field and the general landscape is just beautiful and calming. The farmhouse had everything we needed and was nice and warm when the cold front hit! Thw host was very easy to work with and very communicative. The location is perfect and within minutes of food, gas, grocery stores, and just about anything else you need while still maintaining the country charm. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
Sean and Sarah were fantastic hosts. We ended up staying over 40 nights while waiting on our home build to be finalized, and it couldn’t have worked out better. The house is cozy, comfortable, and felt like home right away. Our young kids absolutely loved seeing the cows every day. It became part of our routine. The sunsets were unreal. If you’re looking for a peaceful place with great hosts and a warm, welcoming feel, this is it. We would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it.
Girls trip! We each had our own bed (two twins are upstairs by the ping-pong table/play room). So peaceful and private. We enjoyed visiting with the longhorn cattle along the fence. We built a fire and had quite the show with heat lightning across the sky.
It is on someone property so I felt really safe. It's a farm so there are animals which were fun. Cows are around but they are not a problem. We hurried back there to see the sunset.
