Amazing Stay

Every part of the process was seamless and extremely inviting. From the welcoming, to the exiting. Every question answered in a timely manner and exceeded our expectations. The bedrooms are comfy and largely sized compared to most rentals. The basement activity room was perfect for the teenagers to hang out. Overall, definitely will stay there again if there is a need.

We had a fantastic stay. Amanda and Kevin are great hosts. Checkin and checkout process was drama free. The house is huge - was more than enough space for our group of 10. The house was clean and amenities helped us enjoy our stay that much more. House location was pretty prime: 6 minutes to Costco, 20 minutes to downtown Denver, 40 minutes to Idaho Spring for rafting, 40 minutes to Dumont for ATV. Great location. Thank you for having us and making our stay so great!

Annual get together

Huge beautiful home. Every year a group of us friends meet up somewhere in the country. Lots of space. Ping pong table and hot tub were massive hits. Movie theater room was amazing as well.

This was the perfect house for our large family get-together! We appreciated the multiple beds in 3 bedrooms as we had 5 families and 9 children. Also loved the early check in so we didn’t have to kill time after our drive. Check in couldn’t have been easier. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and there were lots of towels. The location was convenient when we wanted to explore the area, but we spent lots of family time at the house, enjoying the yard, hot tub, movie area, and ping pong table. Would definitely return!

Perfect for family gatherings

We rented this VRBO to host out-of-town guests overnight and also a baby shower for our grandchild. The house was just as advertised and MORE! The amenities the hosts provide are above and beyond - including a welcome basket that our young adults devoured! We messed up upon arrival and accidentally locked ourselves out and the hosts were so quick to respond and very understanding and patient. If we could give it more than 5-stars we would - highly recommend.

One of our best stays!

The process and communication with the owners from start to finish was outstanding. The house was a great location to Red Rocks and had all the supplies we needed for a comfortable stay. Plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, supplies for cooking and had a ton of “little extras” (games, blackstone grill, firepit, cornhole). We not knowingly had Amazon pkgs delivered to the house weeks after our stay and owners contacted us to make sure we were aware. Amazing service by them! It is the perfect house for a group of all ages.

Beautiful spacious home.

This house was so great for our large family. Lots of bed options. Plentybof room to spread out and great places for us to all gather together. The hosts, Amanda & Kevin did a great job making us feel welcome, from the moment we walked into the house with a great basket of snacks. They have put in so many extras from the ping pong table & poker table, hot tub & coffee bar. The house is in close proximity to the city and freeway to go anywhere. The house info binder offered so many great places to eat & things to do. The check in/out process was so simple. Looking forward to staying here again in the future!

It’s rare for me to review.This is one of if not the best Accommodations I’ve had the pleasure to stay in. I planned a party for 12 and the five rooms provided had enough space to sleep 15. The 4 bathroom/showers had all great pressure and servicing although the basement bathroom lacked ventilation during my stay. The basement has a home theater, karaoke, ping-pong, gym and bar all of which has instruction and is easy to use. The poker room and living room are extremely cozy and nostalgic especially with groups. Kitchen is cleaned and has great cleaning options, pantry and laundry aswell. The garage and driveway handled our 3 cars with space for more. Within the enormous interior space one never feels overwhelmed among the party. The backyard has a bonfire with a table, along table, a sunroom with a feast table and a hot tub, and grill sitting over a grassy backyard. It’s the ultimate hangout house will be eagerly looking to return.Thank you for hosting!
