The condo is within walking distance to Smather's Beach. It was a safe community to stay at. The condo had everything we needed including beach chairs and towels. Having a washing machine/dryer was great as well. We could hear people above us walking throughout our trip but other than that it was great and we would stay there again.

Great Key West Family Location

The property was very nice. A beautiful two bedroom condo with ocean and palm views. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi and nearby Smathers Beach so much with our 6 year old grandson. We could drive or Uber easily into Key West in less than ten minutes.

Excellent property and customer service

The only criticism is that you need to add golf cart charging stations in your parking lot We also had a broken shower head in the master bath. While inconvenient for a couple of days, we called the property manager and he had someone out to repair shortly after. Thanks for the hospitality

Relaxing Stay in Key West

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Positive highlights: the pool including southern exposure, large dining table, and comfortable beds. Not shown in pictures is a larger TV (50" ?), a new glasstop range, and coffee maker which can both make a pot and accepts KCups. The unit was nicely furnished with kitchen supplies (cups, plates, pans, measuring cups etc).Negatives insights: a LOT of no see ums, pool area could use more umbrellas (get there by mid-morning), a broken living room chair (wobbles; needs to be repaired or simply removed from the unit), and dated kitchen cabinets of which some don't close properly (should have been replaced 15 years ago). The microwave is not level front to back causing the door to swing open. Also, the main bathroom ceiling fan needs to be replaced (or cleaned?) as it is not working well to remove humidity from taking a shower. In short, I would recommend this property with the reservations above.

We had a wonderful time in Key West! Michael and Lori's condo was great: close to the airport, beaches and within walking distance to major attractions and eateries. The condo was clean, spacious and well stocked. We enjoyed staying in a safe, secure neighborhood setting and away from the congestion of Duval street. The neighbors we encountered near the complex, (walking their pooches, etc). were very friendly and eager to offer recommendations for bike/cart rentals, grocery stores, restaurants. James (condo Security) met us upon arrival (an hour early) and was very accommodating, offering the air conditioned office while we waited, he called to ask if early check in was possible. James was very knowledgeable about the area and was happy to address our inquiries. Thanks Michael and Lori for sharing your property! Dee and Twee

It definitely needed and is needing an update. The size was good for a family. Definitely plenty of closets. I would just say for that price. It definitely needed to be updated and definitely fixed so it’s not so old and dingy looking. I would say the location was OK. We probably wouldn’t stay there for the amount that it cost. Perfect Family Vacation!

Stayed with spouse and 2 adult children. The condo was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable and it had all the amenities needed including beach towels. It was an easy bike ride to Old City and other attractions. The pool area was beautiful and clean. Management was easy to work with.

Spacious condo in resort like property

Very large and comfortable. Dated but not tired. Nice size balcony with ocean views. The property is quiet with wonderful amenities including gorgeous pool and beach area with plentiful chairs and umbrellas. Located within a ten minute golf cart ride to everything!

Mother daughter trip

This property was perfect for the 3 of us! The maintenance guy Jake was just spectacular!!!!! The few issues we had were fixed within 30min of us arriving! We could not have asked for a better place especially for the price!! Great job!!!

Condo it’s self was spacious for two couples, stocked well, laundry, and two bathrooms. Yes, the place is outdated, but the did not take away from how great the condo was. The only down side was the smell from the nature preserve next to the patio. When the winds blows in a different direction, you don’t smell it. And with all the rain from hurricanes that did not help with the standing water. We would stay here again!
