the room itself was not an issue, it was unfortunately the unruly party crowd that overtook the beach and the pool everyday with huge loud speakers and obnoxious drunken behavior that ruined our trip (along with many others we spoke to during the week as well).We used to love Treasure Island, but we could not believe what was allowed to transpire during our time there.A huge group (we spoke to them directly and they told us their group size and where they were from, as they wanted everyone around to know)...getting overly drunk, blasting loud music every day on the beach, then when it became dark, they moved their party to the pool.You could not even hear the waves from the ocean from their music, yelling, screaming and drunken cursing outbursts.These were grown adults and the saddest part was they had children with their group as well witnessing it all. The kids one night were trying to get one of the older ladies to sober up in the hot tub she stumbled into and she was slurring her words to the kids it was sad.We just could not believe this was allowed to happen as not one security employee or staff member is ever around the pool area in the evenings at all.I texted our rep that we booked the room from and were told it was out of their control...so we then spoke to the front desk and the very next morning, right back to a huge drunken beach party.We left the property our last 3 days to go to other areas.Unfortunately we will be looking elsewhere in the future.

The condo was clean, and very well appointed. I loved having a front load washer and dryer. Shower’s were awesome! Response to a light switch problem was quick and taken care of quickly. Thank you. We love Treasure Island.

No laundry service provided.Beach view was good. refrigerator extremely noisy. Dishwasher not anchored into cabinet space-tipped down when trays were extended,hard to load dishes. air conditioner also noisy.

However, there is a working washing machine and dryer, as well as a start-up supply of detergent for your use as stated in the listing. My husband and our son always stay at treasure island. Its quieter and clean. This year we brought my sister back with us, she hasnt been since 2013. Now, she has leukemia and she wanted to see the ocean again do we made it happen. We had a wonderful time and will be back next year. Thanks for everthing !
