The unit was perfect…two en-suite king bedrooms, fully appointed kitchen, very nice dining room and living room. The host Leonard and daughter Miranda were so helpful both leading up to the trip and during our stay. The St Martin government needs to do work on roads in the neighborhood, but the location was very convenient to both Orient Bay and Grand Case. The only downside was the TV and spotty Internet, but it worked when I needed it for a Zoom work call. Nice find!

The home is a wonderful place with all the amenities you could need. Leonard is a fantastic host and his down-to-earth, gracious nature makes you feel right at home in this lovely residence. You can tell that he takes pride in keeping it clean and well cared for. We had plenty of clean towels, staples were provided in the pantry, and there were even some welcome sodas and water chilled in the fridge when we arrived! The location is very close to several shopping plazas, bakeries, Pinel Island, and easily accessible by car to any part of the island. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing spot on the French side of the island!
