Casa Los Rosales is a home to relax with the whole family and friends at this peaceful place to stay in Antigua, Guatemala. This beutiful home, is a 10 minutes away from downtown Antigua, is a perfect spot to enjoy your stay. This home is located in a
private gated community, with access to nearby restaurants and grocery runs. Enjoy access to a great terrace with panoramic views of the volcanoes. This home contains four bedrooms with three bathrooms for the whole family to enjoy.

(Extreme noise or parties penalty fees are $250)


1. Please treat the house with respect, use each space for your own. Excessive clutter and noise can incur in additional charges.

2. Check out after 11:00am will incur in additional charges.

3. Please state about the number of guests you will bring. Undeclared guests will incur a fine of $25/night each.
If you need to adjust the number you've declared, you can change your reservation. Host will be requesting guests names as shown in ID’s for you to be able to enter the security gate at the entrance of Barrios Coloniales.

4. Be careful with the contents of the house, broken and damaged items , furniture , appliances, will incur in a $25 charge in addition to the replacement cost of what was damaged. Please report immediately !

5. Our home is designed to make your stay pleasant and enjoy your rest.

6. If you have children please take care that they do not carry out activities where they are exposed to avoid accidents. We are not responsible.

7. If your stay is long at the house and you need the help of a person to clean , for an additional charge of Q. 150 we can recommend someone to you if available, let us know in advance.

8. No parties/events are allowed

9. No smoking inside the house.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
All trash, general trash from bathrooms and kitchen needs to be taken to the residential containers located in the main residential boulevard near the casa club swimming pool.
Please make sure each time you leave the house, to please turn off lights and all electrical appliances.
Please make sure to wash all utensils like pots , cups , silverware, etc .. they can be washed and left outside to dry in kitchen counter.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Provide ID,guest names and plate number and brand of car.
Identifications will be requested to be able to enter this private residential. Please add picture ID to our chat.

In one word: nightmare. I'm still waiting for the host to respond to my request. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I paid in full, and after the host told me she needed the house back, for a personal situation I agreed to help by leaving early. Instead of working with me fairly, she suddenly tripled the price and stopped responding to my messages. At the time, I was in the hospital helping my mom, and doing my best to resolve the situation. She later claimed that she was also in the hospital, yet continued to ignore my attempts to communicate. The lack of honesty, professionalism, and consideration was very disappointing. It's sad to see people treat others this way, especially when someone is going through a difficult situation and simply trying to do the right thing
