About this space Enjoy a completely remodeled Victorian townhome centrally located in historical Victorian Village of the Short North. Steps away from some of the cities best dining and entertainment, or spend a relaxing night enjoying the private patio. This townhome has two relaxing bedrooms (1 queen bed, 1 king bed) as well as queen pull out mattress available in the living room! Smart TV's throughout in the bedrooms and living room. The space This property is a townhome within a two unit 1910 Victorian home we renovated in 2022. Both bedrooms and the full bathroom are located upstairs on the second floor. There is a queen sleeper sofa and a half bath on the first floor. Guest access You are welcome to use the entire townhome, private patio/fenced in backyard and the designated off street parking space behind the building! Other things to note This is a beautiful classic building we are so proud to share with others. We do ask you to keep in mind it was built in 1910 and while we did a lot of adjusting to the floorplan and completely updated everything, the one thing we could not change was the staircase. It is steeper than your average set of stairs - I guess they just liked a good work out back in the day! So if you are not easy on stairs or have little ones in tow, keep this in mind (we of course have handrails, and a baby gate installed at the top for easy use!) Registration number 2024-2572

This little place is just charming and comfortable as any place we've ever stayed! Every detail was attended. Great place to return and stay for a few days!
Location was perfect. The place was stylish and very very clean. I loved the little notes/labels around the house, it made it so easy to settle in and feel at home. Ie light switch descriptions, etc. There was also little necessities provided (laundry soap, tea, coffee, etc). There was also ‘art’ around the house with small reminder - helpful reminders of noise level cut off times etc. to be respectful of the neighbourhood. We came for a hockey game and it was within walking distance. It also was so close walking to get to the restaurants, bars, shops, etc. I absolutely loved staying here and I cannot wait to return!
We stayed here for a week… place is adorable - just like the pics… kitchen is well set up if you need to cook.. king sized bed was comfy… street parking was never a problem (but there’s a dedicated spot in back too)… neighborhood felt very safe… there’s a park and walking path nearby too!! Property managers were super responsive… we were there when it snowed and by the time we went outside the front walk was already shoveled…. If you stay here please take care of it - bc I want to stay again!
We booked this house for a weekend event at the GCCC because it was very comparable -and cheaper than most of- the hotels in the downtown area. We were hoping to venture out on foot during our down time, but the weather did not cooperate. Having our own space where we could spread out and make ourselves comfortable was great! The house is very well done and organized. It's as open and airy as you can get with an old Victorian, and it truly is a beautiful HOME away from home. We live on a farm, so it was a bit like the old story about the Country Mouse and the City Mouse at first, but the neighborhood is very family friendly and quiet, which is exactly what we were looking for (on St. Patrick's Day weekend, no less!!). The private parking was nice, and once we got used to the alley way it was a piece of cake. It was literally a few turns, and you were downtown. There was a lot of construction in the area, but that's no fault of the property owners, and it wasn't noisy at all. All in all, this country bumpkin family felt right at home in the city!!

My wife Katie I love to travel, be it near and far. We are constantly looking for the next adventure and when we do we always turn to Airbnb for our stays. Our favorite is exploring the great outdoors with our two daughters and pooch Murray. We are self-employed real estate investors and designers in Columbus, Ohio. We work hard so that we can see all there is in this big wide world!
Why they chose this property
The historic neighborhood of Victorian Village is centrally located in Columbus. Victorian architecture and the brick streets really take you back in time. Walkable neighborhood and close to attractions!
