This place was perfect. I could honestly see myself living here! It was clean, comfortable, and beautifully appointed, with thoughtful little touches and everything I needed and more. My kids are older, so I didn’t travel with little ones, but this would have been a dream to rent when they were younger. They really thought of everything!

This was a little gem tucked into a quiet residential area of Grandview. It was so conveniently located and was the perfect home base between our outings in the area, including the OSU campus, the Hofbrauhaus, shopping at the Lennox Town Center, drinks at The Grandview Cafe, and watching the game at Meisters, etc. The listing was as promised and was perfect!

Best short-term rental we've ever experienced! Comfortable, clean, well stocked, and good location. I'd highly recommend it, and if we come to Columbus again, would definitely stay there again.

The house is beautifully remodeled. It’s very comfortable and clean. There are so many great places to eat in the area. It was very easy to locate. Our only complaint is the people upstairs were extremely loud but I don’t think that was the hosts problem. They were just very loud walkers (or jumpers as it seemed).

This is such an awesome place to stay. It is Immaculately clean. The owners have thought of all the little things to make this property stand out above the rest. They have great communication as well. Definitely would stay again!

The property was just repainted on the outside giving the building a modern curbside appearance. The space is perfect for a short or long stay. Walkable neighborhood that is filled with hidden gems! Modern decor and considerations to updated appliances right down to bedside lamps with wireless charging!

The Flats were wonderful accommodations! It was super clean, convenient, and the hosts thought of everything. The video game was a nice touch. And it was so nicely decorated. We would definitely stay here again!
