Proximal to all world class ski resorts (Snowbird, Brighton, Park City, Deer Valley, Sundance). Next to Utah State Hang Gliding Park + Silicon Slopes, a short drive to downtown Salt Lake City, the world famous Salt Flats, + the SLC airport. Beautiful private patio with fire pit and landscaped backyard. Quiet + serene. Sleeps 8, 7 in beds (King, King, Queen, and Twin) and 1 more on the comfy sofa.

Our home is located in the foothills of the majestic Wasatch range of the Rocky Mountains. We live in a lovely, quiet suburb and our home has no neighbors on two sides, providing sweeping, unobstructed mountain views from the back bedroom and from the private patio and backyard.
Your entrance is through the white gate located in our side yard. Close the gate behind you and walk through the beautifully landscaped private garden courtyard to your private double door entrance. Feel free to reach out to us during your stay - we're happy to suggest local spots to check out.

Why they chose this property

We live in the benches of the Wasatch range of the Rocky Mountains. Our home doesn't have neighbors on two sides, resulting in panoramic city, valley, and mountain views. We are also right next to a big beautiful park in our quiet neighborhood. We are super close to hiking, biking, skiing and climbing but also have all the suburban conveniences right down the road. Great restaurants and shopping!

What makes this property unique

Our suite is fully private, and includes our entire back patio and back yard. It is not an underground basement, it is above ground, fully daylight and full walkout. Our space is professionally decorated, comfortable, and new.
