Running an Air B&B has been our dream for years. We are a family with 3 children, so with that being said any amenity needed for safety or children we have it, just ask :)
Why they chose this property
We choose Spilt Rock because we wanted our children to feel safe in a gated community and be able to walk or bike ride to all the attractions. Even though we are set back in the woods, giving you that rustic cabin feel we are also 5 minutes away from all the delicous restaurants, A-Harts food store, Dollar General, WaWa, Gas Stations, CVS, and more.
What makes this property unique
Raccoon's Retreat is located on the most ideal road in Spilt Rock, Lake Harmony. We are walking distance from the lake, which makes a great sunrise or sunset stroll, yet we are enough away from all the hustle and bustle of being on lake drive. The Hub is also walking distance, It's a cute little gift shop/restaurant/bar that has everything you may need including live music on the weekends. Our home is unique because of all the different entertaining rooms it has to offer. You can enjoy a night on the screened in porch, out on the back deck, down by the fire or in the huge bonus game room. You can also enjoy wonderful and large sit down dinners in the rustic dining room & a cozy breakfast nook. We have 3 full bathrooms which comes in handy when on vacation with others. ;)
