Near Banco do Brasil, bakeries, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, craft fair, etc. Building with pool, elevator and 01 covered parking space. Apartment facing the east, with three bedrooms, one suite, all with air conditioning. It has 2 double and 2 single beds, plus 6 good single mattresses, and can accommodate up to 12 people (see different rates). Three bathrooms (suite, social and service). We offer wifi internet and Netflix movie channel. Living room with two rooms, balcony, sofa, armchairs, rack, LED TV, dining table. Kitchen with stove, frost free fridge, microwave, cabinets and kitchenware. Service area with washing machine, Eletrolux, capac. 10 kg. We provide sheets, pillows and towels.
