Location great! No internet and it was older rv, with some safety concerns. Arms loose or broken on lawn chairs and sharp edges inside on doors. Clean place, and for most part great spot to relax after beach!

The grass was needing to be mowed. Renters need to park in their designated area. When there are three RVs on the property(A-C), the parking should also be designated.
My sister and I were very impressed with the property. It was clean and very well maintained. And the perfect little space it for my sister and I. I do think the ad probably had a typo because it said 10 minute walk to Crystal Beach. it was more like a 10 minute drive. But that was no issue. I was having such a good time I decided to stay an extra night but I was unable to reach the hostess to set that up. However I didn't ask until the 6th and we were leaving on the 7th so maybe she didn't get a chance to see my message. But I'm very pleased with the rental and I would rent from here again. minute drive. But that was okay
This was almost perfect for our needs. It was smaller than we anticipated. Toliet didn't work as well as it should. We only used it for #1. The water barely flowed for the flush. Had to pour water. We used then port-a-john, at the beach entrance, for the other. My husband is 6'3 and didn't fit on the bed or any of the fold out beds. He slept on the floor the 1st two nights. Then diagonal on the bed the last 2 nights while I (5'3) slept on the fold out bed the last 2 nights. The matress didnt really fit the base, so everytime you climbed in, the matteress would slip down and you'd have to push it back to keep from sliding on the floor. Space in the bedroom is limited and hard to move around. Basically have to crawl across the bed get to any of the storage. We loved the location. But you can tell this an older RV that has some upgrades. There was dirt built up between the cushions that my OCD had to clean. The host was very easy to contact and quickly answered our questions. We wouldn't book this location again. Not bc it was a bad place to stay, but bc it was a bit small for us. The beach is within walking distance but its more like a 25/30 min walk. But we just drove down and was there in 5 mins. I'd recommend this property.
