Amazing Views, But Closer to Hudson
I'll start by saying that the views from this place are 12 out of 10, absolutely incredible! It was also very clean and well stocked, so no complaints there whatsoever.The actual location isn't within the bubble shown on the listing, it is actually quite a bit more west than that, closer to the Hudson. That isn't a huge deal, but it means you'll probably do more walking than initially expected as there aren't any subway stops close by.Getting the key was also not the easiest, you have to pick it up a few blocks away from the property (5 min walk) and then be in communication with the host to receive a pin once you get there.Lastly, I'll mention that there is a construction site close by, and they start work right at 7 a.m. on weekdays (not on weekends though) so be prepared for some noise in the mornings if you aren't awake already.Would I stay here again? Absolutely! You should just be prepared for staying near the Hudson rather than Times Square, and just know that you can't pick up the key at the property or use a code to get in, so there is a bit more hassle up front.
