Enjoy a peaceful stay at this brand new detached 1-bedroom building in Kennewick. The cozy loft features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep. With WiFi, heating, and AC, guests can stay connected and comfortable throughout their stay. Enjoy all that Kennewick has to offer when you stay at our place.

This detached ADU sits behind the main home with off-street parking, fully stocked with dishes/utensils, and a Keurig for coffee lovers!

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:

Strip any used beds and gather used towels

Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks

Turn off the lights and lock the doors

1. Place used towels in the hamper next to the shower. 2. Gather and place trash in the bin under the sink. 3. Set the mini-split unit upstairs to 70°. 4. Leave ONLY the fan above the living room on.

5. Wash and put away dishes used during your stay. 6. Close and lock all windows. 7. Lock the door when you leave. 8. Send host a message when you leave so our staff can begin cleaning.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Only one parking spot per reservation, additional vehicle(s) must park on street. $50 Fee applies for parking violation.

If possible, please remove shoes while in the unit--this will help keep dirt out and easier for cleaners to keep floors clean.

Please do not rearrange furniture.

This is a nice, new, clean house in a quiet neighborhood. It's close to restaurants, two major retail stores and the highway. The owner, Jose, is available if you need something and he's quick to respond.
