Welcome to this lovely resort in Tawas City. This charming property features 2 queen bedrooms, a cozy living room with a sofa bed and twin bed, and a well-equipped bathroom with a shower. Guests can enjoy amenities like WiFi, AC, and heating etc. during their stay. Whether you're looking for a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled adventure, this quaint retreat has everything you need. It's easy to see why you'll be able to unwind at our place. Service dogs are not to be left alone in the house. Must be on a leash on all times outside of the house.
We have cameras in place that monitor the parking lot and water only for outside security.
If you use the grill move 50ft. away or go to designated grill area from house while using per insurance.
Don’t leave fire pit unattended and fire and fire pit must be attended at all times.

Make sure middle light switch by the outside door is on before you leave please. No parties NO digging around city owned pipe on the beach. If using the grill please move away from house.
Put trash in bins by the road. shut off air conditioner before you leave and any other appliances. park like the other cars are thank you. Private beach only for guest of White Caps Beach Resort.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Any none paying guest must be gone by 11pm. Anyone caught with extra guests after 11 pm will be charged full rental rate.
2 cars allowed only at all times. Park cars toward grass like the other cars are on the other side.

Good view

I wouldn’t stay in this resort unless you have the unit I was in. The view was great. The deck was nice to sit on. A couple of times that we came into the unit is smelled like weed, I dont know if someone was smoking in the next building over and the smell was seeping into our unit. We didn’t have any problems until checkout. The host then was harassing me about having extra guests stay In which I did not and sent me an extra guest fee even after I explained I only had 4 people per night. I still don’t understand even if I would have had an extra person or 2 come why I would have gotten a fee when it clearing states that it sleeps 7 people. Other than this I’m needed stressful check out everything was fine with our stay. Although I would not stay here again because of the last day hassle. I would have given 4 stars only for location.

Perfect view

This place had the perfect view of the lake. Very clean and well maintained. The beds were a little soft but the view and the beach front makes up for that. I would definitely stay here again.

Cozy Cabin!

Me and my daughter had a 'girls weekend' to just get away and relax. This cabin was perfect for that - beautifully located right on Lake Huron - the views were spectacular! The sunroom was perfect was lounging and reading with the fireplace on and was perfectly cozy during the day. The bedrooms reminded me of being at my gramma's house (in a good way!). Enjoyed our short stay - thank you!
